Strategic Client Service Planning - For professionals who service strategic clients of an office or firm, a service planning session is conducted which produces a focused service strategy benefitting the client and the team of professionals servicing the client. Strategic service plans are conducted for clients that warrant special care and attention. These clients may be large, national clients serviced by more than one office or they may be small, emerging clients with growth potential serviced by fee earners from one office.
Strategic Client Service Planning is conducted for a team of professionals who are currently servicing an existing client. The team may also include individuals who are not currently serving the client, but who may be serving the client in the near future.
Prior to the Client Strategy Session, the team is expected to review client company background information. The more knowledge the team members have of the client prior to the Strategy Session the more productive the Client Strategy Session.
The Strategy Session produces action steps the team members will implement to raise the client's level of satisfaction, while also identifying opportunities to provide additional services. The Strategy Session produces action steps that, when implemented, demonstrate to the client that the client's interests are the number one concern of the law firm.
Strategic Client Service Planning is an intensive program for professionals who have participated in the Client Development Skills Course or who have demonstrated that they possess substantial client service and business generation skills.
