Client Relationship Management (CRM) - provides firm professionals with the skills needed to become effective client relationship team leaders and managers. This session provides those individuals responsible for the quality of the relationship between client and the firm with skills to grow relationships with the client and to effectively manage client service teams.

The importance of managing client relationships;

Moving from client partner to client relationship manager;

Importance of client review feedback;

Maximizing the value of information obtained from the client;

Identifying information, Internet, and related resources
needed to expand relationships with existing clients;

Being accountable to the client and to the firm;

Being accountable to the client service team;

Delegating tasks to client service team members;

Holding effective client service team meetings;

Instilling fee earner follow-through;

Knowing the client's business and service needs;

Reward and recognition;

Tracking success;

Participants : Fee earners who are responsible for relationships with the firm's most important existing clients and emerging clients

Session Length : One day or two days (depending upon fee earner skills level and firm culture)
